FEES

Weekdays (M – F)
$50 an hour, 2 hour minimum
$200 all day

Weekends
$100 an hour, 2 hour minimum
$300 all day (Saturday or Sunday)

REQUIRED INSURANCE INFORMATION (FOR ALL ROOM USAGE)
The lessee of the lecture hall will provide Commercial General Liability coverage for the protection of third party and Vitamin Cottage Natural Food Markets, Inc., and Chalet Properties, LLC (lessor) in the following amounts evidenced by a Certificate of Insurance issued by a company duly authorized to conduct business in the State of Colorado with an A.M Best rating of A- VII or better. This coverage will name Vitamin Cottage as Additional insured. The Certificate of Insurance must be in Vitamin Cottages' possession a minimum of 7 days prior to occupancy of the Facility.
