Event Hall Space is available to rent for meetings and classes (no parties) in various locations. Please review the basic room setup, rates, and equipment in each available location before completing the application below. 501(c3) organizations can request complimentary room usage.

Please keep staining types of foods and drinks to a minimum in the Event Hall rooms. The organization will be responsible for cleaning and repairing any damages.
For Event Hall Usage
Equipment: (Phone, internet and technical support services are NOT available) Will a sound system be needed? Will tables and chairs be needed? How many? Additional needs or concerns?

Does the organization carry adequate insurance? (All organizations using an event hall must provide proof of a liability insurance policy naming Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage as a loss payee with coverage of 1 million per occurrence - more information).

For non-profit organizations all set up and clean up each time the event hall is used is the responsibility of the non-profit organization. The following is applicable to all Event Hall users: The room must be returned to the state it was in prior to the organizations' use of the hall unless store management has indicated otherwise. The contact person for the organization must check in upon arrival and out before departure with the store manager on duty who will walk the room to be sure damage has not occurred during the organizations' use of the hall. Damage to the event hall will need to be promptly corrected by the organization. Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage is not responsible for store and event hall closure due to damages, repairs or weather. Event hall users may not exhibit language or judgment against products offered in Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage stores nor against any of the company’s services or policies.
